Taking over procurement and sales areas
One-stop shopping: We take care of the entire procurement process for you, both nationally and, above all, internationally, even in areas that are often neglected, such as C-items: inquiries, tenders, order processing. This also includes inventory management and warehousing, which we handle for you in cooperation with renowned, internationally active logistics service providers.
International sales: We organize the sales organization, especially in your new markets. Importers, factory representatives, dealer networks – and, if desired, your turnkey sales office on site.
We also take care of your order management, typically in individual product areas or countries. From quotation preparation and order acceptance to shipping, customs clearance, and billing management. Here, too, we work together with selected logistics companies in the areas of logistics, warehousing, and transport.

We also offer coaching services. We see ourselves as part of your team – not as “consultants.”
